Orders & Sales

  • All sales are final unless an eligible, verified defect is found.
  • Exchanges are only offered for verified manufacturing/product defects.
  • An unboxing video may be required for defect verification.
  • Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering - we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for size-related issues.

Delivery

  • You will receive order confirmation and tracking information after dispatch.
  • Normal delivery: 6-8 business days.
  • During high order volume, delivery may take 10-12 business days.
  • Name/number printing may add 4-5 additional days.

Unavailable Items

If an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will offer a replacement of equal value or a refund for that specific unavailable item.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. HUB OF JERSEY does not store your card, UPI or banking details on its own servers.
